Our Staff
Heights Green School’s teachers have a keen sense for hands-on instruction and a real desire to plant a seed of curiosity and inspiration at a time when a child is most eager to learn.
Our teachers exceed the state-required 15 hours per year for continued education with weekly staff meetings and director and guest-led trainings. Each teacher is certified in CPR and First Aid to ensure each child is safe.
Our 3 to 1 child to teacher ratio exceeds any other facility in the area and the state-required 5 to 1, giving each child the opportunity for critical one-on-one attention needed in the earliest stages of development.
